My 2-year-old climbs into this thing at least ten times a day and just rocks herself silly. The turtle shape makes it easy for her to hold onto, and it's sturdy enough that I don't have to hover the whole time.
The rocking motion is way more stable than I expected for a bowl-shaped toy, and my daughter figured out how to shift her weight to keep it going within a day. It's also sturdy enough that she uses it as a stepping stone to hop off onto the rug.
My son climbs right into this turtle shell and rocks until he's giggling uncontrollably—the wide dish shape feels sturdy and lets him wobble safely. It's been a surprising hit for getting his energy out indoors.
